Sights, attractions, and excursions
With our location in the hill country southeast of Graz, you are surrounded by the countryside and yet on the highway within ten minutes and hence in the beautiful city of Graz within 20 minutes. There are a lot of scenic, cultural and culinary excursion possibilities, which are all reachable in 20-40 minutes by car - or you just chill in the sauna, in the whirlpool, or with the sheep. We are happy to give you tips for excursions, hikes, or culinary experiences!
Klöcher wine road
The Klöcher Wine Road starts in Bad Radkersburg and leads north to Fehring. Taste the Klöcher Traminer in the Vinothek Klöch and enjoy the view of the vineyards from Kapfenstein Castle - this and much more you can see and experience on the Klöcher Wine Road.

See and experience Graz
The provincial capital is the second largest city in Austria and is also called the first city of the south because of its flair and also because a lot happens outdoors! Graz is only a few kilometers away and is always worth a trip! Monuments, museums, the Schlossberg with the Graz clock tower, culture, and lots of enjoyment.
Styrian Castles Route
It connects castles and palaces mainly in southeastern Styria - the most impressive is certainly Riegersburg Castle on an extinct volcanic cone in the town of the same name. Not only the beautiful view would be worth a visit, but there is also a witch museum worth seeing, a bird of prey observatory, a restaurant at the castle, and a climbing garden next to the castle.

Ballooning
Stubenberg am See, has been known for years in the circle of balloonists as an ideal area for ballooning. There is probably no other region in Europe that is as charming and offers such stable weather for ballooning as eastern Styria. It is possible to balloon at any time of the year.
